Balanced Scorecard

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a tool enabling effective implementation of strategies and initiating operations increasing efficiency and optimizing strategic management. The use of BSC facilitates the definition of objectives and helps us ensure that the mission of our company is understood across the company, on all organizational levels. What is more, the process facilitates the cooperation of individual departments of the company. It enables us to distribute tasks and describe them in detail with the use of measurable indicators, which, in turn, helps top management to control staff performance and create an effective motivation system.

Lean Manufacturing

Lean Manufacturing is our process improvement solution, providing tangible benefits within the organization and allowing us to remain competitive in satisfying the needs of our customers. We focus on creating added value, eliminating everything that is redundant in the manufacturing process.

The use of Lean Manufacturing improves the quality of our products and shortens order lead time, enabling us to react to customer needs quicker. Thanks to this approach we optimize our resources, use our production capacity to the maximum and decrease machine failure frequency. This all, combined, makes our company flexible and competitive.
