Lumag summed up 2013

Last year was very successful for Lumag Sp. z o.o.   The company has fulfilled the sales plan in 111,9 % and reached an estimated profit.  This increase is even more effective comparing to 2012, because the sales revenues were increased  by 24,4%, which bordered on a miracle in the past years of crisis. The company has reported a significant increase in the assortment of PC brake pads (23,6%) as well as the brake pads for commercial vehicles (45,9%), maintaining the same level of brake linings’ sales.
The English branch of company,  Lumag Ltd works more dynamically and enlarges the group of customers in the Great Britain and Ireland.
On  January 16th, the management reviewed the Integrated Management System.
During this meeting the results of 2013 were summarized: implementation of  the sales plan, marketing activities, achieved turnover and activity costs as well as the investments that were the largest in 25-years history of the company (the construction of the new plant). In the second part,  the managers of individual departments reviewed the supervised processes and presented the most important tasks for the next year. At the end, the investment plans for 2014 were presented in connection with the main assumptions of business strategy.
This year, the emphasis will be placed on strengthening the position of Lumag and Breck brands and building a strong position of the company among the OE customers. The investment plans which were estimated at 23,5 million will significantly increase the production capacity in the assortment of brake pads for commercial vehicles as well as will improve the management process and communication with the customers by the implementation of ERP B2B System.
We hope that the planned investments in the new technological lines and well-thought-out sales strategy and development directions will cause even higher growth trend.
